Hi, I'm Scott. 
You may know me as the founder and head chef of The Good Farm Shop. But what you may not know is that I've spent years working with people to help them become fitter, healthier and happier. Since 2005 I've been on a mission, honing my skills and experience, and putting countless hours into learning, developing and testing an approach to health which is highly applicable, achievable, effective and realistic. 

These days I'm flat out running The Good Farm Shop, and while I love cooking healthy food for our customers, I've missed the teaching and coaching part of it. That's why I've created these short courses. They're designed kind of like one on one coaching session, except pre-recorded so they can be consumed at your own pace, in your own home. Not to mention, a lot more affordable than my hourly rate. Because, let's be honest, this stuff should be taught for free in schools. But its not.  

Hi, I'm Til. 
The other owner of The Good Farm Shop. If Scott is the "healthy chef", then I'm... well the beneficiary of his yummy, healthy, cooking. Or, I guess you could say, I'm the real life case study. Before meeting Scott I knew nothing about nutrition, with weight fluctuations and hormonal imbalances and a heap of confusion information floating around in my head from every fad diet I'd been on.

But that all changed when I met Scott. Through his insights, passion and gentle ways of teaching, I started to understand about nutrition and food in ways I never had. It was incredibly healing and empowering. Today, I'm so grateful to have met him, not only because he is the father of my children, but because he helped me reclaim my health and love of food. And that's exactly what I want for others who have had a similar journey to me. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: food used to be my enemy, but now it is my medicine.

About our courses

Our courses are short and designed to be like a one-on-one coaching session. Scott's simple and clear presentation style makes you feel as if you're in the room with him, when in actual fact, you don't have to leave the house at all. Isn't technology amazing.
